INVITATION TO TENDER
Federal Government College, Wukari Taraba State invites interested and credible contractors to apply for the following projects of the college for 2010 fiscal year.
The scope of work includes:
1. Construction of perimeter fence phase HI 1247m
2. Re-roofing and renovation of one number block 4 bedroom flat
3. Rehabilitation and re-equipment of a library complex
4. Construction of road network of 400m
5. Renovation of dormitories
All prospective contractors are expected to submit their company corporate profile containing the following
a. Certificate of Incorporation
b. Evidence of Registration with Federal Ministry of Works
c. Tax Certificate for the last 3 years and Vat registration certificate
d. Evidence of experience in similar jobs within the last (3) years with detailed description of job
e. Evidence of Financial capability
Submission
Tender documents shall be collected, at Ac cost of Ten Thousand Naira (=N= 10,000), from the Secretary Tenders Board and must be returned in sealed envelopes marked ‘confidential: Tender for Federal Government College, Wukari 2010 Fiscal Year Capital Project’ and the Tender clearly printed at the left corner of the envelope. The date of collection is from Friday 25th June, 2010 and the date of return is on or before 12:00 Noon on Friday 16th July, 2010.
NB: The bid shall be opened on Friday, 16th July, 2010 by12 noon at the College Staff Room.
