1. This Invitation for Bid follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business, issue no. 610 of 16th July, 2003.
2. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received a loan from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in various currencies to finance the cost of the Community-Based Agriculture and Rural Development Programme. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Motor Vehicle

5. Complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of “Ten Thousand Naira Only (N10, 1000.00) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.”
6. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12 Noon on 18th October, 2011 and must be accompanied by a security of “not less than 3%” of Bid Price
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 18th October, 2011 by 12.05 p.m., at the IFAD-CBARDP, National Programme for Agriculture and Food Security,
