Procurement of Consultancy

Consultancy Services on Monitoring and Evaluation Baseline and Follow – On Studies of Outcomes and Impact Assessment of HSDP II Project In the FCT.

1. 1. This invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI)’ follows the General Procurement Notice from this project that appeared in Development Business Issue No. HSDP 11/AF/GPN/09 of March 24^th March
2. 2. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of FCT Health Systems Development Project 11, and intend to apply part of the proceeds of this credit payment under the contract for the Consultancy Services

Consultancy Services On Monitoring And Evaluation Baseline And Follow-On Studies Of Outcomes And Impact Assessment Of HSDP 11 Project In The Fct.

1. 3. The FCT Health Systems Development Project 11, now invites sealed Expression of Interest (EOI) from firms for the consultancy services as already stated in (2) above

1. 4. Bidding will be conducted through die Consultant Qualification procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Consultancy under IBRD Loans and IDA credits, and is opened to bidders/firms from  eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines
2. 5. Interested eligible bidders/firms may obtain further information from the office of the Project Manager, FCT Health Systems Development 11, First Floor, Hamdala Plaza, No. 23, Jimmy Carter Street, Asokoro, Abuja and inspect the TOR documents at the same address. Telephone: 09-3146449
3. 6. A complete set of the Terms of Reference (TOR) in English Language may be obtained by interested bidders/Firms on the submission of a written application to the address above; the terms of Reference (TOR) will be available from 18^th October, 2010.
4. 7. This specific Procurement Notice shall remain valid till 1^st November 2010 while the submitted EOI shall also remain valid within bid validity period of 90 days (18^th January 2011) and shall be delivered to the office of the Project Manager, FCT Health Systems Development Project 11. First Floor, Hamdala Plaza, No.23, Jimmy Carter Street, Asoroko, Abuja on or before 1^st November of October, 2010 by 12.00noon at which time the EOI opening and evaluation exercise will commence accordingly.
