- The Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) hereby invites interested Properties/Facilities Managers to manage and maintain the council’s properties situated at the above listed states/cities across the country.
- The interested Property/Facility managers should provide the following corporate comprehensive profile in a bound brochure;
- Details of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Category of registration with CAC and nature of business/operation,
- Organizational structure, management, professional/technical qualifications and experience of key personnel,
- Evidence of similar projects/facility handled,
- Tax clearance certificate for the past three years.
- Operational base,
- Other relevant information in support of competence.
Interested firms are required to submit written “Expression of Interest” with above details in sealed envelope to:
