Invitation to Bid

 

Federal Government College Ogbomoso, on behalf of Federal Ministry of Education invites reputable contractors to tender for the following works and procurement of goods in her 2013 financial year appropriation as lotted.

 

Lot 1:          Rehabilitation of school Dining hall and supply of 300 units                    Benches and 150 units Table

Lot 2:          Supply of tractors with complete implements.

Lot 3:          Supply of and installation of solar power street lights.

Lot 4:          Supply and installation of 1 No. 250KVA generator

Lot 5:          Renovation of Home Economics Block and Supply of Home

Economics Education Equipment

Lot 6:          Supply of technical education equipment

Lot 7:          Renovation technical education dept. Block

Lot 8:          Renovation of fine arts and business education dept. Block

Lot 9:          Complete renovation of block of six (6) classrooms. (In six sub lots)

Lot 10:        Complete renovation and expansion of administrative block

Lot 11:        Renovation of 1 No Boys hostel.

Lot 12:        Renovation of 1 No Girls hostel (in 3 lots)

Lot 13:        Drilling of boreholes and water reticulation.

 

Interested contractors can check for the description and details of the project with the school.

 

Tendering Requirements

 

Reputable firms are free to bid for maximum of two lots or sub lots and are required to submit the following documents.

i.        Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

ii.       Evidence of tax clearance and TIN number

iii.      Verification of financial capability from reputable bank.

iv.      Comprehensive company profile.

v.       Evidence of previous job( s) done

 

Tenders shall commence and run from 15th – 23rd July, 2013 by 10:00am.

 

Submitted tenders shall be opened on Tuesday 23rd July, 2013 at the school STEP-B Hall at 11:00am prompt with representatives of the Tenderers in attendance.

 

Tenders shall be properly marked, as lotted and addressed to:

 

The Chairman,

School Tenders Board,

Federal Government College,

P.M.B. 3584, Ogbomoso.

 

Tender fees for each Lot shall be fifteen thousand naira (N 15,000.00) payable in Bank draft and receipt tor at the school Bursary.
