Invitation for Technical and Financial Bids

 

1.0     Introduction:-

The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) wishes to invite reputable Building and Information Technology Companies for the Establishment of Virtual Library.

 

2.0     Technical and Financial Bid Submission Requirement

In order to be considered for the Bids, Contractors and Service Providers must submit the following documents:

a)       Evidence of Valid Certificate of Incorporation.

b)      Current Tax Clearance Certificate for last three (3) years e.g. 2009, 2010 and 2011.

c)      Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittances.

d)      Company Profile.

e)       Evidence of Execution of similar job.

f)       Evidence of PENCOM Registration Remittances.

g)       Registration with Computer Professionals (Registration Council of Nigeria) CPN will be an added advantage.

 

3.0     Collection/Submission of Bid Documents:

(i)      The Companies that meet the above requirements should pick up the financial bid at the Legal and Board Matters Unit.

(ii)     The complete documents should be enclosed in an envelope sealed and marked, a. Pre-qualification for Virtual Library, b. Financial Bid for Virtual Library, indicating the “Establishment of Virtual Library” and must be addressed and returned on or before 24th December 2012. The Tender Box is located at the Procurement Unit.

 

4.0     Closing Date:-

The Closing Date for Submission of duly completed technical and financial bidding documents is on or before 21st December 2012 by 12.00pm.

 

5.0     Bid Opening:-

Technical Bids will be opened on the closing date of submission 21st of December, 2012 in NITDA’s Board Room by 1.00pm. All Bidders, NGO’s and the General Public are invited to the opening of Technical Bids.

 

6.0     Please Note That:-

  • The Agency reserves the right to reject any or all pre-qualification documents that fail to meet expected standards.
  • Late submissions will not be entertained.
