Invitation for Pre-Qualification
Kuje Area Council intend to carry out the under listed projects, for the year 2011.
2. Reputable and interested contractors with relevant working experience are hereby invited to bid in the following categories:-
a. Fencing of Rubochi Town Hall.
b. Rehabilitation/maintenance of Rubochi Development Area Secretariat Complex.
c. Supply of 500KVA Transformer 11/0.415KVA and 11/0.415KVA.
d. Fencing of Dafara Health Centre, Kiyi Health Centre, Gudukarya Health Centre and Rubochi Health Centre.
e. Grading of Pagi-Tukuba-Sabo Road.
f. Evacuation of Refuse/Waste Management.
g. Development of new market site/old market on Public Private Partnership (PPP).
h. Development of Recreational Centre, Shopping Complex on Public Private Partnership (PPP).
i. Procurement of Office stationeries furniture’s and equipments.
j. Purchase/supply of 100KVAgenerator set.
k. Supply of drug/hospital equipment,
l. Supply of 1100Lits galvanized waste bins.
m. Construction of road with Asphalting within KAC.
n. Construction of comprehensive motorized solar boreholes within KAC villages,
o. Rural electrification within KAC.
p. Construction of culverts within rural roads in KAC.
q. Provision of Primary Schools Desk, Teacher’s tables and Chairs for Kuje Area Council LEA Primary Schools.
3. To qualify for the biding, the following documents are required:
i. Certificate of Incorporation of company with Corporate Affairs Commission.
ii. Evidence of Registration as contractor with KAC.
iii. Tax clearance Certificate.
iv. Company Profile.
v. Any other relevant information.
4. Pre-qualification Documents should be sealed and marked “CONFIDENTIAL” indicating Area of interest and addressed to the secretary tender board KAC.
5. This is only an invitation for pre-qualification, but not for tender and is valid till 6th July 2011.
6. Only successful contractor will be contacted for tender after screening please.
