Invitation for Pre-qualification to Tender for ETF Intervention Projects in Library Development
1.0 Preamble
The Nigeria French Language Village, Ajara -Badagry, an Inter- University center for French Studies hereby invites interested, reputable experienced and highly capable contractors to express their interest for pre-qualification for the ETF 2007-2010 (merged) intervention projects in library Development as follows:
Lot 1: Procurement of various volumes of assorted French Books
Into the Library (Ref. No- PAB”)
Lot 2: Procurement and installation of 100KV AFG Wilson Perkins sound proof Generator set (Ref. No- “PPG”)
Lot 3: Procurement of inverters for the Library. (Ref. No. “PIL)
Lot 4: Provision of institution website (internet for electronic Library (Ref No. “PLW”)
3.0 General Information
Interested contractors must collect pre-qualification screening forms from the physical Planning Unit Nigeria French Language Village Ajara-Badagry upon payment of non refundable fee of N10,000.00 (Ten thousand naira only) per project at the cash office in the Bursary Department of the French language Village.
All submission for each of the projects shall be in sealed envelops and identified with their reference numbers at the top left hand corner and marked “confidential notice of intention to pre-qualify as contractor” and forwarded to Director General, Nigeria French Language Village, Ajara-Badagry to reach him on or before Monday 27th June, 2011.
Please note that all expenses incurred in preparing pre-qualification response shall be borne by the applicant contractor.
