Pre-Qualification Notice

1. Introduction

The College of Agricultural, Jalingo Taraba State wishes to invite interested reputable and competent contractors for a Pre-Qualification Exercise for the Construction of Proposed Library Complex under ETF Special Intervention 2010.

 

2. Pre-Qualificati0n Requirement:

Pre-Qualification requirement are as follows:

i.            Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
ii.          Evidence of Registration with the Taraba State College of Agricultural Jalingo.
iii.        Evidence of Tax clearance for the last 3 years.
iv.         Evidence of audited accounts for the last 3 years.
v.           Evidence of similar works executed (catalogue required).
vi.         Company profile and organization structure of key personnel.

vii.       Details of plants and equipments/machineries owned or to be hired

viii.    Evidence of payment of pre-qualification fees. The pre qualification form is available for collection in the office of the ETF Desk Officer on Payment of non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (20.000.00) only.

 

The pre-qualification documents will be in sealed envelopes and clearly marked Pre-qualification for construction of 1 block of Library Complex and hand delivered to the Registrar, College of Agriculture, Jalingo, Taraba state. The submission of the pre-qualification documents will close at 11: am. April, 18th 2011. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12: noon in the College Board Room in the presence of all bidders, financing/regulatory bodies, professional bodies, non-governmental Agencies and staff unions.
