Invitation for Pre-qualification and subsequent bidding in respect of approved ETF 2008/2009/2010 (Merged) normal intervention projects.

In compliance   with   Due-Process   requirement   for certification  of procedure for procurement of Goods  and Services, the Management of Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi wishes to pre-qualify competent contractors and suppliers for the execution of approved ETF 2008/2009/2010 (merged) normal intervention projects,

2.0     Interested contractors and suppliers are hereby invited to apply for pre-qualification for the various lots as requested here under:

LOT A:       Construction/Furnishing   of   a   Block   of Classrooms/Offices POLY/AUCHI/ETF/08/09/ 10/01

LOT B:       Construction of a Block of 12-Classrooms POLY/AUCHI/ETF/08/09/10/02

LOT C:       Construction /Furnishing of a Lecture Theatre POLY/AUCHI/ETF/08/09/10/02

LOT D:       Procurement and Installation of 25No Desktop computers Complete with Accessories POLY/AUCHI/ETF/08/09/10/02

3.0     Pre-Qualification Requirements

(i)                Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission

(ii)             Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years

(iii)           Value Added Tax/Evidence of Tax Remittance

(iv)           Bank   Reference   Letter/Bank support  showing evidence of financial capability to execute the Project.

(v)             List of similar and verifiable projects successfully executed by your company with locations, letters of award and completion certificates within the last five (5) years.

(vi)           Company Resume

(vii)        Evidence of Registration with FMW/FME or Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi

(viii)      Evidence of Communal Service Responsibility.

4.0   Submission of Documents

  • These documents should be returned in sealed envelopes and marked “ETF PROJECT – LOT A, B, C, or D. on the top left hand corner and addressed to the Registrar, Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi. The document should be dropped in the tender ‘s box in the Registrar’s office not later than 12 noon, Thursday 27th January, 2011.

5.0     Opening of Prequalification Documents

  • All pre-qualification documents received shall be opened in the Polytechnic Boardroom on Thursday 27th January, 2011, at the expiration of the deadline for submission of pre-qualification documents. Interested contractors/suppliers and the general public are invited to witness the opening of pre-qualification in line with Due Process procedures.

Note: This advertisement is not an invitation to tender only shortlisted contractors/Suppliers shall be invited to tender.
