Invitation for Bids

1. ECOWAS Parliament has allocated funds for the Renovation and Furnishing of some of its Headquarters Offices and intends that these funds are applied to eligible payments under the contract for the renovation and furnishing of these offices.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of the Procurement Officer, ECOWAS Parliament, international Conference Centre, Area 10 Garki, Abuja.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Registry to enable bidders collect, each, an authorized copy of the said bidding document.
4. Bids must be delivered to the Registry at ECOWAS Parliament on or before 12:00 noon May 4th, 2012 and must be accompanied by a bid security of one hundred and eighty tour thousand nine hundred and ten (184,910) Naira from a reputable bank in Nigeria.

6. Bids will he opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, on the closing date and time for bid submission, at ECOWAS Parliament
