Invitation for Pre-Qualification to Tender

Bichi Local Government Council is to carry out development projects for the Socio – economic and infrastructural development in the area.

It is therefore Advertising the below mentioned projects for prospective bidders.

1.         Construction of Juma’at mosques at Yola village

2.         Drilling of mechanized Borehole at Daddo town

3.         Conversion of Bichi Health Clinic to Paediatric hospital

4.         Construction of medical store

5.         Construction of Juma’at Mosque at Warawa Village

6.         Fencing of Bichi Town Grave yard.

7.         Supply of a New Tractor MF 375/375s and Tipping Trailer, Disc Harrow,

Water-Tank

 

Pre-Qualification criteria:-

All interested bidders must submit the following pre-qualification criteria require­ments.

a.         Registration with State’s Works Registration Board in relevant category and also with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C).

b.         Company’s Audited Account for three years;

c.         Evidence of Tax Clearance for three years;

d.         Evidence of Financial and /or Banking support;

e.         Experience and Technical Qualification of key Personnel;

f.          Record of previous projects executed;

g.         Annual turnover;

h.         Evidence of settlement of PAYE and order withholding taxes;

i.          VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittances;

j.          Local resources utilization;

k.         Community and social responsibility support.

 

All interest Bidders should submit their applications for pre-qualification to the Office of the DPM Bichi Local Government at Garba Damargu Secretariat Bichi, Kano on or before  27th July, 2012.
