Tender Notice
Kajuru Local Government Council of Kaduna State as part of its effort to execute capital projects with subsidy reinvestment programme (SURE-P) fund wishes to invite suitably qualified contractors and suppliers for pre-qualification to tender for the following projects/item.
i. Energizing of Transformers at various locations of the local Government
ii. Purchase of 2Nos 300 KVA Transformers
iii. Repair of existing transformers and replacement of damaged poles
iv. Construction of box culverts at River Ago Kufana
v. Construction Multi-Cell Ring Culverts at River Maikwari
vi. Drilling of 4Nos Boreholes at various locations of the Local Government
vii. Supply of 30Nos Motorcycles
Pre-Qualification
1. Company certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
2. Company Audited Account for 3 years.
3. Evidence of Tax Clearance for 3 years.
4. Company profile that includes the following:
(a) Financial Capability and/or Banking Support
(b) Possession of Standard Equipments and Technology Capacity.
(c) Experience and Technical Qualifications of Key Personnel.
5. Annual Turnover.
6. VAT Registration and Evidence of past VAT Remittance.
7. Any other information that may attract the award of contract to the company.
8. Registration with relevant State Ministry.
Interested bidder should purchase document at the office of the Deputy Director Legal Services Kajuru Local Government from 10th 15th day of May, 2013.
All completed bidding documents should be returned on or before 16th 17th day of May, 2013.
