TENDERS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF NEW LAND CRUISER JEEP V.6 LITRE ENGINE (4-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES) TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT EXECUTIVE CHAIRMEN
The Borno State Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs hereby invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for submission of qualification documents for the procurement of the following vehicles:
1. LAND CRUISER JEEP V.6 LITRE ENGINE with the following features: –
- Fully loaded
- Leather seat
- Automatic transmission
TENDER DOCUMENTS
The tender documents will be available for collection by all interested contractors/Companies upon the payment of non-refundable fee of N25,000.00 per set with effect from Thursday, 3rd June 2010 in the office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs. All completed tender documents should be accompanied with the following requirements:-
a) Evidence of Registration and Incorporation by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
b) Evidence of Registration with Borno State Government as a contractor or supplier
c) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
d) Evidence of Financial capability
e) Company profile
f) Experience
TENDER CLOSING DATE
The closing date for the submission of all tender documents has been fixed for Monday, 14th June, 2010 at 10.00am prompt.
TENDER OPENING
All Contractors/Companies that have submitted their bidding documents should come for the opening at the office of the Permanent Secretary on Monday, 14th June 2010 by 2.00pm prompt.
