FUND FOR 2008/2009/2010

Kaduna State University thereby invites interested companies/contractors to bid for the procurement of Education Trust Fund (ETF) Library Intervention Project for 2008/2009 and 2010 as follows:

Lot 1           Procurement of various volumes of Assorted Books into Faculty of Arts, Social Sciences and Management Sciences

Lot 2           Procurement of various Volumes of Assorted Books into Faculty of Medicine and Sciences

Lost 3         Subscription of Journals Titles in Different fields

Lost 4         Procurement of Library Equipment.

Lost 5         Procurement of Library Automation Software & Multimedia Equipment

Lost 6                   Procurement of Binding Equipment

2.       Pre-Qualification Requirements

All interested companies/contractors are required to submit the following documents on or before 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 5^th October 2010

1. Valid Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
2. Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) year
3. Evidence of Registration as a Contractor with Kaduna State University, Kaduna
4. Name of Bankers and a reference letter from the bankers
5. Evidence of experience in similar project
6. Audited Account for the Last three years.

Pre-qualification documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Kaduna State University Education Trust Fund (ETF) 2008, 2009 And 2010 Library Intervention Project”, Lot Number And addressed to:

List of successful companies /contractors would be placed on the University notice board

Opening of Prequalification Document

Bidders are invited to attend the opening of the prequalification on Tuesday 5^th October 2010 by12:00 noon at the Senate Chamber, Kaduna State University, Tafawa Balewa Way, Kaduna.

The University reserves the right to verify claims made by Unsuccessful applications
