Lease of Polytechnic Building for the Purpose of Operating the Polytechnic Bookshop
Applications are hereby invited from reputable dealers who are interested in hiring on lease one of the furnished Polytechnic buildings for the purpose of operating the Polytechnic Bookshop. Interested persons are expected to visit the building for inspection of the facilities on ground.
Requirements:
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
- Value Added Tax/Evidence of Remittance.
- Evidence of financial capability to operate the Bookshop.
- Name, email addresses and telephone numbers.
Payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) only is required to be paid by interested dealers to the Polytechnic Auxiliary Account No. 349193192120 with Unity Bank, Plc., Auchi.
Applications should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar on or before 31st May, 2012.
