Invitation to Tender for the Proposed Development at Oyo State Government House, Agodi, Ibadan
Reputable Building Contractors are hereby invited to submit tender for the execution of the above which comprises the following:
(iv) Construction of New Governor’s Lodge.
(v) Construction of New Banquet Hall.
(vi) External Works.
2.0. Prospective Bidders are required to submit the following documents.
(vii) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(viii) Evidence of Registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement.
(ix) Company profile with relevant information on key 3 personnel, Professional Staff.
(x) Evidence of similar jobs carried out in recent past.
(xi) Evidence of payment for registration of Business premises.
3-Year Tax Clearance Certificate
3.0. Prospect bidders should obtain bidding Documents from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works & Transport, Secretariat Ibadan upon the payment of a non-Refundable fee of N250,000.00 between 8:30am and 3:00pm from Monday 18th -25th February, 2013.
4.0 Completed Bids should be submitted in sealed Envelope to Cabinet Department, Governor’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan on or before 12 noon on 4th March, 2013.
5.0 Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their Representatives who choose to attend at a selected date in the Cabinet department, Governor’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan.
6.0 Tenderers are to please note that Government is not obliged to accept the lowest of any tender.
