Invitation to Tender

The Rivers State Ministry of Information and Communication hereby invites suitable qualified and reputable contractors with very good knowledge of calendar printing to submit tenders for the printing of the State Government calendars for 2014.

Scope/Specifications of Projects

The Scope of Project shall be printing and delivery of Eighty thousand (80,000) Wall Calendars, 10 Thousand (10,000) Desktop Calendars before end of November, 2013 with the following specifications.

Tenders Requirement

The Tender Documents Should Include the Following

1.       Copy of the Certificates of Incorporation of the Company including Forms C02 and C07

2.       Company Tax Clearance for the last three years

3.      Variable list of similar and other jobs successfully executed, and year of completion.

4.      Evidence of Financial capacity from reputable bank(s)

5.       Evidence of Registration with Rivers State Ministry of Information and Communications

6.      VAT Certificates

7.      Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three years (from 2010)

8.       Note that each bidder shall be required during the bids opening exercise to submit one dummy of the calendar completed according to the specifications above.

Submission of Application/Documents

Four (4) copies of all applications and relevant documents should be submitted in sealed envelope and clearly marked “Tenders for 2014 Rivers State Government Calendars”,

All submission should be delivered to the address below not later than  17^th June 2013.
