The Ondo State Universal Basic Education Board hereby invites registered. experienced and reputable contractors to tender for the under-listed jobs:
1. Job Description
LOT 1 Construction of a Dormitory and Hostel Accommodation at School for the Mentally Disabled. Oke-lgbo.
LOT 2 Renovation of Hostel Block at School for the Physically Challenged, Ikare Akoko
LOT 3 Supply of 40 Iron Beds with Mattress, Pillow and Bed Spread at School for the Mentally Disabled, Oke-lgbo and School for the Physically Challenged. Ikare Akoko
2. Requirements for Tendering
Interested contractor must submit along with their tenders the following documents.
(i) Evidence of registration of company with Corporate Affairs Commission
(ii) Registration with Ondo State Ministry of Works for 2011.
(iii) 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate (2008,2009 and 2010).
(iv) Evidence of payment of 3 years Development Levy (2009,2010 and 2011).
(v) Receipt of payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of N 10,000 for each of lots 1 and 2 and N5,000 for Lot 3.
(vi) Evidence of execution of similar projects.
3. Interested bidders can obtain contract details from State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Planning Research and Statistics Department, Oke-Eda Akure after showing evidence of payment of tender fee.
4 All lender documents should be submitted in sealed waxed envelope marked SUBEB/UBEC/PRS/SE/08 and also indicate the LOT Number on top corner of the envelope (FOR LOT-1 AND LOT-2)

5. Submission Date
All tenders must be submitted on or before 12th July 2011 by 12 noon. Please note that the violation of any of the above conditions may render a tender invalid and Government is not bound to accept the lowest bid or give reasons for rejecting any tender.
