Invitation for Prequalification for ETF 2009 and 2010 (Merged) Normal Intervention Projects
Kogi State University Anyigba hereby invites interested, competent and reputable contactors to Pre-qualify for the following proposed projects under the Education Trust Fund (ETF) 2009/2010 merged Intervention.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Prospective Companies are required to submit the following pre-qualification documents: –
- Valid evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Evidence of current registration as a contractor in the appropriate with Kogi Stale University, Anyigba.
- Company Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years.
- Company profile including details of key officers.
- Evidence of execution of similar projects stating clearly the locations, contact sums of such projects including copies of letters of award and practical completion certificates in the last 5 years.
- Evidence of financial capability, including Bank reference
- Company Audited accounts for the last 3 years
- Annual turnover for the last 3 years.
- VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittances.
The Purification documents listed above should be neatly bound and enclosed in an envelope, marked “Pre-qualification documents for ETF 2009/2010 Merged Normal Intervention stating the desired project(s)” and must be submitted to the Registrar not later than 12noon on Wednesday 8th June, 2011.

Opening of Prequalification Documents
Contractors submitting Pre-qualification documents are invited to the opening of the pre-qualification bids that shall take place at 2.00pm on Wednesday, 8th June, 2011 in the Council Chamber of the University.
Please note that this Advertisement is not an invitation to tender and should not be treated as such, Tender documents shall be provided to only companies that are successful at the pre-qualification.
