Procurement of Consultancy
Consultancy Services on Architectural Design for the FCT School of Health Technology Abuja, Consultancy Services on Engineering (Structural, Electrical & Mechanical) Designs for the FCT School of Health Technology Abuja and Also Consultancy Services on Quantity Surveying Services for the FCT School of Health
1. This invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business Issue No. HSDP II/AF/GPN/09 of March 24th 2009.
2. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of FCT Health Systems Development Project II, and intend to apply part of the proceeds of this credit payment under the contract for the Consultancy Services;
(i) Consultancy Services on Architectural design for the FCT School of Health Technology Abuja.
(ii) Consultancy services on Engineering (Structural, Electrical & Mechanical) Designs for the FCT School of Health Technology Abuja.
(iii) Consultancy Services on Quantity Surveying Services for the FCT School of Health
3. The FCT Health Systems Development Project II, now invites sealed Expression of interest (EOI) from Firms for the Consultancy Services as already stated in 2 (i, ii, & iii) above.

4. Bidding will be conducted through the Consultant Qualification (CQ) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Consultancy under IBRD Loans and IDA credits, and is opened to bidders/firms from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines.
5. Interested eligible bidders/firms may obtain further information from the office of the Project Manager, FCT Health Systems Development II, First Floor, Hamdala Plaza, No. 23, Jimmy Carter Street, Asokoro, Abuja and inspect the TOR documents at the same address. Telephone: 09-3146449.
6. A complete set of Terms of Reference (TOR) in English Language may be obtained by interested bidders/Firms on the submission of a written application to the address above, the Terms of Reference (TOR) will be available from 25th of May, 2011.
7. This Specific Procurement Notice shall remain valid for till 7th June, 2011 while the submitted EOI shall also remain valid within the bid validity period of 90 days from the EOI opening date and shall be delivered to the office of the Project Manager,
