Invitation for Pre Qualification to Tender
In its effort to improve the living standard of its people, Abadam Local Government invites suitable and refutable contractors to bids in the following projects.
1. Construction of dyke to control flood along river Yobe bank of Talau Ngam 900metres long
2. Construction of dyke to control flood along river Yobe bank of Mallam fatori Town near Tudun Firauna 285metres
3. Drilling of 20 tube wells in Mallam Fatori town to be motorized and connected to the national gird
4. Connecting Busuguna Borehole to PHCN
5. Connecting all existing tube wells within Mallam Fadori township to PHCN
6. Repairs of all broken-down borehole and tube wells
7. Conversion of USA borehole to cement well
8. Conversion of Mallam Kaunari borehole to cement well
9. Drilling of 3 standard motorized borehole across the Local Government
10. Construction of 3 blocks of shopping complex with 10 No. of shop each
11. Construction / Drilling of tube well one each in all the ten wards of the Local Government
12. Dredging of River Yobe near Mamuri in Mallam Fatori
13. Construction of dyke in Darge Ngelaiya 200meters long
14. Construction of culvert in Kasuwan Shanu area of Mallam Fatori to control erosion
15. Purchase of 2 Toyota 450LX Jeep
Pre-Qualification Requirements
- Certificate of Incorporation.
- Evidence of Registration with Borno State works Registration Board in Relevant category.
- Company audited account for the last 3 years.
- Company’s audited account for the last 3 years.
- VAT Registration and evidence of past remittance.
- Evidence of Financial capability and Bank support.
- Annual turnover.
- Evidence of Previous projects executed over the last 3 years.
Submission of Document:
Interested contractors shall submit the relevant document to the Office of the Secretary Abadam Local Government not later than 26th July, 2013
