Invitation to Tender
The college invites suitable qualified contractors to tender for the execution of the following 2013 Capital Projects:
1 Lot 1 Construction of Perimeter Fence
2 Lot 2 Classroom Block Renovation
3 Lot 3 Junior Boys Hostel Block Renovation
4 Lot 4 Construction of Block laying and Concreting Workshop
5 Lot 5 Construction of Motor Mechanic Workshop
6 Lot 6 Construction of Dining Hall and Kitchen
7 Lot 7 Refurbishing and Servicing of lathe Machine in Mechanic Craft Workshop
8 Lot 8 Equipping of fabrication and Welding Workshop
9 Lot 9 Equipping of Electrical Installation Workshop
10 Lot 10 Equipping of Plumbing and Piping Fitting Workshop
11 Lot 11 Equipping of Bricklaying and Concreting Workshop
12 Lot 12 Equipping of Radio and Television Workshop
13 Lot 13 Complete of 2 no Girls Hostels.
Tender Documents are available at the office of the Secretary, School Tenders Board, between 9.00am and 3.00pm (Mondays to Fridays).
Conditions for Eligibility:
1. Federal Inland Revenue Registration of VAT.
2. Proof of Registration with corporate Affairs Commission.
3. Evidence of Tax clearance for last three (3) years, affidavit attached.
4. Professional and Technical qualification to carry out the project.
5. Financial Capability-Bank Reference letter/Audited Account
6. Registration fee as a Contractor in the school (N 10,000.00) receipt.
7. (a) non- Refundable Fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty thousand Naira)
8. Tenders should be submitted through the Secretary, School Tenders Board not later than 12 noon on the closing date.
9. (a) Closing date for submission is on or before (4) weeks from the date of this Advertisement. Late tenders will be rejected.
(b) Tenders to be submitted in sealed envelope indicating the Lot quoted for.
(c) Date of Bid opening will be obtained from Secretary of the School Tenders Board.
