Invitation for Pre-Qualification / Tender for 2012 TETF Special Intervention Projects
1. Introduction:
The Plateau State Polytechnic hereby invites interested contractors to participate in the pre-tender qualification and financial bidding exercise for the procurement in Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi, Plateau State under TETFund project
2. Description of Projects:
(A) Lot A Procurement & installation of equipments for Computers Engineering Department.
(B) Lot B Procurement & installation of equipments for Metrological/Foundry Department.
(C) Lot C Procurement & installation of equipments for Building Technology Department.
3. Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested contractors to submit the following documents;
(i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
(ii) Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) 2010, 2011 & 2012 years
(iii) Evidence of Registration with the Federal Ministry of Works
(iv) Company profile with list of Relevant Plants and Equipment
(v) Verifiable list of similar projects successfully executed by the company
(vi) Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years
(vii) Evidence of Financial Capability
4. Tender Documents
All interested contractors are requested to pay non-refundable fee of N20, 000.00 for the Tender Documents and collect the Tender Bids from the Office of the Director of Consult, Plateau State Polytechnic, Plateau State.
5. Submission
The completed Pre-qualification documents and Tender documents must be submitted in a different sealed envelope and clearly marked “Pre-qualification Document for Procurement………………” and “Tender Document for
Procurement ……………………” and shall be returned to the Office of the
Rector, Plateau State Polytechnic, P.M.B. 02023, Plateau State, on or before 22nd April 2013 and will be opened on the closing date.
