Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Procurement of Items for the Year 2012 TETFUND, Tsangaya System of Education Model Primary Schools in Nujumul Huda Islamiya Primary School Ganye and Madarasatul Futuhu Islam Jada

 

This invitation follows the receipt of approval in principles from the Tertiary Education Trust Fund for the procurement of Computers, items for the Digital Learning Laboratory, Classroom Furniture, Primary Science Kits and Library Furniture etc. for the above mentioned schools under the Tsangaya System of Education.

 

Therefore interested contractors are invited to submit the following pre-qualification and subsequent financial biding for those prequalified:

i.        Certificate of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.

ii.       Evidence of Tax clearance for at least three years.

iii.      Evidence of Registration with the Board as Contractor.

iv.      Evidence of VAT certificate and past VAT Remittance.

v.       Evidence of similar jobs carried out by the firm including cost, award letters & completion certificate.

vi.      Current Audited Financial Report of the Firm.

 

Submission of Completed Pre-Qualification Document

The Pre-Qualification Documents must be submitted in sealed envelope and clearly marked “Pre-Qualification Document to Tender for the Procurement of School items as specified for Nujumul Huda Islamiya Primary School Ganye and Madarasatul Futulu Islam Jada to the Director, Planning, Research & Statistics, Adamawa State Universal Basic Education Board, Yola on or before 29th June 2012.
