Invitation to Tender
The Oyo State Government seeks the services of qualified and experienced print production service providers to execute the production of Wall Calendars and Desk Diaries as part of its strategic image and reputation management plan in fulfillment of its restoration agenda,
The print production services to be rendered are specifically for the following:
Year 2012 Oyo State Wall Calendar
Year 2012 Oyo State Desk Diaries
The specifications are available in the office of the Director, Public and Grassroots Enlightenment Department, Ministry of information and Orientation, Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan
Interested service providers would be eligible for consideration upon compliance with the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment of a non refundable fee of N100,000.00 (One Hundred thousand naira) for the desk diary tender and N75,000.00 (Seventy Five thousand naira) for the wall calendar tender to STANBIC (IBTC) Bank, Total Garden, Ibadan, Current Account Number 7200026660.
2. Submission of a copy of Certificate of Company Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
3. Submission of Company profile including names, qualifications and experience of key personnel.
4. Submission of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past 3 years
5. Submission of evidence of business premises registration for the year 2011
6. Submission of verifiable samples of similar jobs successfully executed with reputable organizations.
7. Submission of Personal Income Tax Clearance of two (2) Directors of the company.
Interested service providers are to obtain Tender Documents for each lot from the Assistant Director (Finance) Ministry of Information and Orientation, Secretariat, Ibadan upon payment of the non refundable fees between 9.00a.m. and 3.00p.m. daily from Monday 21st November 2011.
All completed bids should be submitted in sealed and waxed envelopes to:

All tenders must be submitted or before Thursday 1st December 2011 by 12:00noon
Please note that the Oyo State Government is not bound to accept the lowest or any particular tender.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on Friday 2nd December by 2011 at the Conference Room of the Cabinet office, Office of the Executive Governor, Secretariat, Ibadan.
