Eligibility for Pre-qualification:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate
- 3 years Company Audited Report
- Evidence of Financial capability and Bank support
- Evidence of VAT Registration
- Evidence of compliance with Pencom
- Evidence of compliance with ITF
- Company Profile and Evidence of verifiable relevant experience in executing similar project.

The completed proposals of 6 copies should be addressed to:

National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi, Lagos and deposited in the Tender Box at the office of Head of Administration upon the payment of N25, 000, 00 processing fee not later than 4th March, 2013. The submitted tender will be opened on the 4th of March in the Board Room Interested Bidders or their representatives are invited.
