Invitation for Pre-Qualification for Contractors to Tender for the Borno State Millennium Development Goals-Conditional grants Scheme (MDGs-CGS) 2011 projects.
The Borno State Millennium Development Goals (MDGS) Project Support Conditional Grants Scheme (CGS) Project Support Unit Office, wishes to invite interested and qualified contractors to submit their Applications for Pre-qualification in the execution of projects under the 2011 Conditional grants Scheme.
Project Areas:
Water and Sanitation
a. Drilling of motorized boreholes at various locations in the state
i. Motorized boreholes (North and Central Senatorial Districts)
ii. Motorized boreholes (South Senatorial District)
b. Construction of ventilated improved Pit Latrines (Toilets) -Located across the 27 local government areas of Borno State
2. Primary health Care
a. Rehabilitation of PHCS
i. Kawuri PHC
b. Supply of Hospital Equipment
c. Supply of Drugs
pre-qualification Requirements:
i. Evidence of incorporation of company
ii. Copy of Memo and Article of association (where applicable)
iii. Evidence of Registration with Borno State Government as contractor
iv. Evidence of similar jobs executed
v. VAT Registration
vi. Verification of address giving names of contact persons
vii. Current Tax Clearance Certificate will
viii. Financial Capabilities/bank References.
Application must be in sealed envelope marked pre-qualification for MDG-CGS Project addressed to:
