Invitation for Pre Qualification and Tender Of Contract For Tetfund Bot Special Intervention Year 2011
The management of Jigawa State Polytechnic Dutse hereby invites competent and experienced contractors for pre-qualification and tender to execute the following projects:
Projects Description:
i) Construction of Twin Lecturer Theater
ii) Construction of 3No Multi purpose Engineering Workshop Block A (with walk way)
iii) Construction of 3No Multipurpose Engineering Workshop Block
B.
iv) Procurement and installation of various workshop equipments and
Machines,
v) Procurement and installation of 1 No 200KVA parking sound proof
Olympian Generating set model GEH220, 1306C-E87TAG4 or other approved complete with Armoured cabling and 250AMTP&N change over switch,
vi) Procurement of 1 No Brand New 16 Seater Toyota Hiace Bus, High
Roof TRH 221L LEMDK 01VVT/AC petrol Engine or other Approved.
Pre-Qualification Requirement
Interested contractors for the pre qualification process are required to submit comprehensive technical and financial information as follows.
A. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
B. Evidence of tax, clearance certificate for the last 3 years
C. Companies audited account for the last 3 years
D. Evidence of financial capability and banking support
E. Technical qualification and experience of personnel
F. Verification list and documentary evidence of similar jobs successfully executed with their locations within the last three years.
G. List of plants and equipment(s) to be used for the project.
H. Annual turnover of company
I. VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittance
Submission of Pre-Qualification:
Pre-qualification documents should be spirally bounded and enclosed in an envelop, sealed and marked at the top left corner pre-qualification for the selected project above clearly indicated and Addressed to:

All pre-qualification documents are to be submitted not later than 14 May, to the office of the Registrar.
Notes:
i. Only pre-qualified companies will be communicated in writing and invited to tender
ii. Pre qualified companies will be required to pay a non refundable tender fees of (N25,000.00) Twenty Five Thousand Naira only at the bursary department and Collect tender document at works Department.
iii. The management shall reserve the absolute right of rejecting any document it considers doubtful.
iv. Late submission will not be accepted.
