Invitation for Expression of Interest to Acquire or Merge with Dala Building Society (DBS), Limited
The Kano State Government (KNSG) is looking for institutional investors, who would partner in Recapitalization of the Dala Building Society Limited.
The process would entail acquiring the Kano State Government Shares in Dala Building Society and/or possible merger in order to meet the minimum capital requirement as stipulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria, (CBN).
In conformity with due process, the services of professional Auditing firm(s) have been engaged so as to observe due diligence in terms of asset and shares valuation.
Accordingly, interested/perspective investors are requested to indicate their willingness and interest with Dala Building Society Ltd on the possible merge and/or acquisition.
All applications for the expression of interest shall be submitted on or before 31st August, 2012, please.
