Invitation to Tender
The Ondo State Water and Sanitation (WATSAN) in collaboration with UNICEF hereby invited from registered, experienced and competent contractors to submit for pre-qualification, tenders for the construction of the following Projects:
Lot I: Construction of Handpump Boreholes in some centers in the State.
Lot II: Construction of VIP Latrines in some locations in the state.
All Tenders should be accompanied with the following documents:
- Evidence of Registration with the Works Registration Office of the Ondo State Ministry of Works for the year 2010.
- Evidence of Payment of non-refundable N10, 000.00 (Ten thousand naira) tender fee of the contract for each Lot to the Ondo State Government Treasury.
- Evidence of three (3) years Tax Clearance Certificate for 2007, 2008 and 2009.
- Evidence of payment of Ondo State Development Levy for three (3) Years, (2008, 2009 and 2010).
- Evidence of Registration of Company with Corporate Affair Commission.
- Evidence of successful supply of similar equipment.
Interested Bidders are to obtain relevant document/information in respect of the two (2) Lots from the Director, Finance and Administration, Ondo State Water and Sanitation (WATSAN) Oba-Ile Road, Akure before submitting their bids.
Completed tenders in respect of each Lot should be submitted in Waxed, sealed envelope and marked at the left hand corner as “Tender for Lot and addressed to:
The General Manager,
Ondo State Water and Sanitation (WATSAN) Project,
Oba-Ile Road,
Akure.
Please note that the closing date of submission of Tenders is Friday 17th September, 2010.
