Invitation for Pre-Qualification to Tender for the Construction of Boreholes and Supply of Pupils’ Furniture

The State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) Bauchi intends to carry-out some project under UBE intervention 2008 supplementary

Reputable Contractors are hereby to bid in the following categories:

1. Construction of Hand Pump Fitted
2. Supply of Pupils’ Furniture

2.       To qualify for the biding, the following documents are required;

1. i.            Certificate of incorporation of company with Corporate Affairs Commission
2. ii.            Evidence of registration as a contractor with the Bauchi State Government
3. iii.            Tax clearance Certificate for the last three years
4. iv.            Evidence of financial strength of the company
5. v.            Professional qualification of key personnel of the company
6. vi.            Availability of plants and equipments to execute the works.

3.  Pre-qualification document should be sealed and marked CONFIDENTIAL and addressed to the Executive Chairman, Bauchi State Universal Basic Board Ajiya Adamu Road Near Awalah Hotel Roundabout P.M.B. 0109 Bauchi State,

4.  This is only an invitation for pre-qualification and not for tender submit on or before 28^th May, 2010

5.  Only successful contractors will be contacted for tender after screening, please
