Invitation to Pre-Qualification For

The Provision of Goods and Services

We invite suitable and reputable contractors/vendors with verifiable requisite   experience to apply and tender pre-qualification documentations for the provision of goods and services to the Bank for the next two years beginning from January 2011.

Pre-Qualification Requirements and Instructions:

To qualify for consideration, interested contractors/vendors must:

1. Log on to: www.diamondbank.com/resources/vendorprequalification. Read and understand the scope and requirements for the individual categories; and download the pre-qualification application form.
2. Contractors must complete the application form with accurate information as required – one category item per application form.
3. Package the completed and signed application form(s) with all the required pre-qualification documentations indicated in the form.
4. Each application must be accompanied with a non-refundable fee of N30,000 (thirty thousand Naira only).
5. Mode of payment is by Diamond Bank Plc bank draft drawn in favour of Diamond Bank Plc.
6. Name of the applying firm must be written on the reverse side of the bank draft
7. Bank draft shall be enclosed in a separate envelope and stapled to the main envelope containing the application package.
8. Applications shall be submitted between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm each working day until the closing date.

Submission of Application Forms and Pre-Qualification Documentations:

Contractors/Vendors must submit the pre-qualification package in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the category reference number and delivered to the address below on or before 12 noon, on 6^th December 2010.

a.)        This advertisement titled “invitation to pre-qualification” shall not be construed to be a commitment on the part of Diamond Bank Plc to award any form of contract to the applying company and/or associated companies, sub-contractors or agents, nor shall it entitle any company submitting documents to claim any indemnity from Diamond Bank Plc and/or any of its partners.

b.)        Diamond Bank Plc reserves the right to take the final decision on any of the documents received in your pre-qualification package.

c.)         Only contractors that meet the pre-qualification criteria will be included in the tender bid list.
