Unilever Nigeria Plc needs the services of of a Caterer for her Head Office in Oregun.
Requirements
- Must be well grounded in the Catering profession
- Must have adequate manpower for the provision of meals for large number of employees
- Must have in-depth knowledge of basic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Must be ready to provide a Site Manager to implement and monitor daily activities.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of hygiene in food preparation and service
- Must possess adequate cooking equipments and tools
- Must demonstrate excellent corporate ethics and conduct
- Must have a customer satisfaction audit system to track and implement continuous improvement.
- Must be ready to provide its workers with relevant and adequate Personal Protective Equipment
- Must provide evidence of catering service with other reputable or similar establishments.
Method of Application
Qualified Service Provider should send in their bids / proposals with certificate of incorporation, tax clearance certificate for the last three years and other relevant documents to the undersigned on or before 1st July 2010
