vi.      A letter of credibility from the bank as a customer that maintain an account in the bank

3.       Tender Documents

Tender documents are obtainable at the office of the Director, Physical Planning Department, Upon Payment of non refundable Fees of #20,000.00. Only Contractor, Companies/firms who have satisfied pre-qualification condition on above, will have their tenders examined.

 

4       Submission Requirements

All complete tender documents must be sealed and marked “Confidential 2011 TETFUND Special Intervention Tender” and returned to the office of the registrar, on or before 11th June 2012 by 12noon. The documents will be opened by 12: 30pm on the closing dale al the Board room of the polytechnic.

LOTN:       The NDE intends to go into Public Private Partnership with a competent Contractor to carry out Specialized Training on Mobile Payment Employment Scheme in line with the cash-less policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria, which is geared towards employment and training of youths. The Company must possess the following:

i)       Evidence of available support of Margento Point of Sale (POS) Terminals in Nigeria

ii)      Pictures of Kiosk sample in coloured print

iii)     Security Solution for the Kiosk and POS Terminal Equipment

iv)     Evidence of Licence by Central Bank of Nigeria to operate as Mobile Money and Electronic Payment Agent.

 

Lot O:         Procurement of Solar Energy Resettlement Tools and Equipment.

Lot P:          Purchase and Installation of Groundnut Processing Machines and

Facilities.

Lot Q:         Construction/Establishment of Agricultural Skills Training Centre

(ASTC).

Offices of the NDE and Worldwide.

Pre-Qualification Requirements

Application for pre-qualification should be accompanied with the following:

i)       Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission

ii)      Evidence of Technical Competence and years of Experience

iii)     Evidence of Registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria

iv)     Tax Clearances Certificate for the last three (3) years (2009, 2010 & 2011) and Tax Identification Number (TIN)

v)      Verifiable list of similar and other jobs executed in the past

vi)     Evidence of Registration with Pension Commission

vii)    Detail of Company profile

viii)   Letter of Recommendation from the Company’s Bankers indicating the   financial capacity of the Company to undertake the job if awarded.

ix)     Evidence of Registration with Industrial Training Fund.

x)      Evidence of Registration with LECAN

 

Failure to submit ANY of the listed documents may result in disqualification

Introduction

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) hereby invites reputable printing outfits with proven experience and expertise in handling flagship publications to tender for the printing of the CBN 2011 Annual Report.

 

Scope of Work

The scope of work involves the printing of six thousand (6,000) of full colour process Annual Report, with a page extent estimated at 360 pages. Your tender should be based on the under mentioned (a f) specific requirements and contain information on (h j). In addition, your tender should meet other general requirements on (i ix). The page rate should be inclusive of the value-added tax.

 

The sample of the Report is available for inspection in the Office of the Administrator, Research Department.

Invitation for Expression of Interest for Service Providers for the Graduate Internship Scheme under the Community Services, Women and Youth Employment component of the Surep

 

1.0     The Federal Government, concerned with the high rate of youth unemployment in the country, has initiated various interventions to assist Youths obtain employment. One of which is the Graduate Internship Scheme (GIS) under the Community Services, Women and Youth Employment component of the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Program (SURE-P). The ultimate goal is to reduce the unemployment among graduates and stimulate economic growth as part of priority transformation agenda of the current administration; while also enhancing opportunities towards the attainment of Vision 20:2020.

 

2.0     The scheme has the objective to create opportunities for unemployed graduates to be engaged for a period of one (1) year in reputable firms to enable them acquire skills and experience to enhance their employability. The scheme will be a form of partnership with firms in which the firm gets free labour and undertake to groom and mentor the interns to acquire skills and on-the-job experience, while government pays stipends for the interns. This will give firms the opportunity to build human capital prepared for current and future labour market and be part of manpower base for national development. Firms that employ eligible interns after the one-year internship period will be considered for special incentives (e.g. tax rebate). Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are strongly encouraged to participate.

 

3.0     Eligibility:

Be registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and other relevant professional bodies.

Be prepared to provide a mentoring plan for each intern.

Be prepared with specific assignments for interns.

Be prepared to employ interns for a period of one (l)year.
