INVITATION TO BID
The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) intends to procure various items for its offices. Therefore the Commission is inviting competent and qualified contractors/suppliers to tender for the items stated below:
1. LOT 1. SUPPLY OF COMPUTER AND ACCESSORIES
2. LOT 2. OFFICE EQUIPMENT
3. LOT 3. POWER GENERATING SETS (ZONALOFFICES)
SUBMITION OF DOCUMENTS
All interested Contractors/Suppliers should submit their bidding documents to:
Assistant Director (Procurement)
National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON)
Sokoto House Nol. First Avenue Road,
Off. Ahmadu Bello Way Central District, Abuja.
Detailed description of the items as bid documents shall be available for collection at the Commission’s Headquarters.
Eligible suppliers/contractors are required to forward their documents in sealed envelopes with no identification on the outer envelope showing name of the bidder, on or before 2nd June 2010.
Suppliers should also note that, this advertisement should not be construed to be a commitment on the part of the Commission nor shall it entitle the supplier or contractor to make any claim whatsoever and seek any indemnity from the Commission by virtue of responding to the advertisement.
REQUIREMENTS
All applications should be accompanied with:
a) Evidence of registration with National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON)
b) Evidence of valid certificate of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
c) Valid/Verifiable Tax clearance certificate for the last three years
d) Evidence of registration for Vat/Vat remittance.
e) Evidence of verifiable past experience in handling similar contract or supplies
f) Late submission will not be tolerated.
