The Federal government of Nigeria has received credit from the World Bank for the Economic Reform and Governance Project (ERGP) and intends to apply part of this loan for the engagement of Consultants to carry out Procurement Audits of MDAs on behalf of the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
The BPP/ERGP now invites eligible consultancy firms to indicate their interests in providing the services, Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the
services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in related situations, availability of appropriate staff skill, etc.). Consultancy firms may collaborate to enhance their qualifications.
Firms will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers ( current edition)
Interested consultancy firms may obtain further information at the address below during office hours, 8.00am 5.00pm, Monday – Friday.
Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by 1 2.00 noon on Monday 23rd May, 2011.

Three copies of Expression of Interest must be packaged in sealed envelopes clearly market “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AS A CONSULTANCY FIRM TO CARRY OUT PROCUREMENT AUDIT” and left in the appropriate Tender Box at the above address.
All EOIs will be opened immediately after the deadline in the Bureau’s conference room in the presence of bidders in attendance.
