For The Construction of a 150 Room Hotel
The IBB International Golf & Country Club, Abuja, Nigeria, situated in the Maitama district of Abuja, is embarking on a 150 room hotel project. The target market is the golfing community keen on high quality facilities.
In seeking to implement the proposed hotel project, the IBB INTERNATIONAL GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, ABUJA hereby seeks for Expression of Interest (EOI) from highly qualified firms to provide the following services:
– Financial and investment advisory
– Bank & non-bank financial institutions
– Architectural and cost consultancy
– Hospitality brands and brand consultancy
Interested competent and qualified firms, with real operating and relevant experience should submit EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (complete with corporate and technical documentation) and a non-refundable fee of N250,000.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) only in bank draft payable to IBB International Golf & Country Club, Abuja. All documents backing the Expression of Interest are to be submitted to the office of the General Manager, IBB International Golf Country Club, Abuja.
Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI)
The EOI should be submitted in 3 copies, in a sealed envelope marked at the top left corner
“Expression of Interest: Hotel Project”. A
CD-Rom version should also be included.
The Expression of Interest should be addressed to and delivered not later than 12 noon, February 28th 2013 at the following address:
