This notice refers to the advertisement of invitation for bids for the procurement of Operational Tools for FRSC which appeared in the Guardian (page 49) and This Day (page 36B) of April 9, 2013 with a submission deadline of May 6th 2013.
2. This is to notify prospective bidders and the general public that the bid submission deadline has been extended to May 22nd, 2013. Bidders who have already purchased the bidding document have been informed of this extension of bid submission date.
3. Bids must be delivered to the address below by 12noon on May 22nd, 2013. Every bid must be accompanied by a bid security as contained in the earlier advertisements referred to above. Late bids will be rejected.
4. Bids will be publicly opened at 12.30 pm on May 22nd, 2013 at the address below, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
