B. Pre- Qualification Requirements:
Interested bidders are to submit the following documents:
1) Evidence of Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
2) Tax Clearance Certificate for 3 years, 2009, 2010 and 2011 and VAT Registration Certificate.
3) Evidence of experience with similar job.
4) Details of Company profile.
5) Verifiable evidence of financial capability from company’s bankers to execute works.
6) Evidence of registration with COREN.
7) Name/functional e-mail address and phone number(s) of contact person.
C. Collection of Tender Documents:
Interested companies should collected tender documents from Office of the Acting Director Admin & Staff Development Department, at the National Gallery of Art HOCSF Block E, 8th Floor, upon the presentation of evidence of payment of processing fee as indicated.
D. Submission of Documents:
The pre-qualification and tender documents should each be sealed and labeled (Technical and Financial Bids as appropriate) separately, and the two envelopes should be enclosed in another envelope that should also be sealed.
Duly endorsed documents should be addressed to the Acting Pension Officer and dropped in the tamper-proof Bid Box at the Office of the Acting Director, Admin & Staff Development Department on or before Tuesday, 21st August 2012.
Representatives of bidding companies are invited to witness the opening of tenders next same day at the National Gallery of Art’s Board room 10.00am prompt.
