In compliance with public procurement Act of 2007, the Nigeria Civil Aviation (NCAA) hereby invites competent, experienced and reputable companies/contractors to bid for the following procurement opportunities.

Lot 1 Flight safety Diagnostic Facilities, Cardiology Apparatus and safely related Accessories.
Lot 2 Computerization, Server Upgrades, ICT Hardware/ software and related Accessories.
Lot 3 Upgrade and Expansion of safety Related System (GPS-Based Facilities)
Lot 4 Building; Renovation and rehabilitation of Office complex and conference Centres
Lot 5 Plant and Machinery
Lot 6 Office furniture and Equipment
Lot 7 Operational Vehicles
Lot 8 Media Relation for initiatives, programmes, etc
Lot 9 Stationeries/ Printing of Official Documents
Lot 10 Mechanical Spare parts and Vehicles Maintenance Items
Lot 11 Professional Services for Financial, Technical, Operational and HR matters.
Collection and Submission of Bid Documents
Interested contractors/ suppliers should collect the relevant bid documents from the office of the Head of Procurement of the Authority on or before 21st August, 2013.
Completed bid documents in three hard copies with one sort copy (preferably in a flash drive) are to be returned to the address below in a sealed envelope clearly marked ‘CONFIDENTIAL’ and boldly written ‘Tender for …. (State Lot number) with Photocopies of each of the following documents:
1. Certificate of Business Registration with corporate Affair Commission, (CAC)
2. VAT certificate
3. Current Tax clearance certificate, please note that revenue receipts are not acceptable in this case
4. List of similar projects previously executed with contract values not less than ten million naira (N10, 000,000.00)
5. Letter of reference from any reputable bank.
6. Company Audited Accounts for the last three years.
7. Sworn affidavit in line with the provisions of part IV, section 16, subsection 6(e and f) of the public procurement Act, 2007 as applicable to corporate organizations.
8. Evidence of registration and up to date remittance of employee pension fund Contribution in line with the provisions of part IV, section 16, subsection 6(d) of the public procurement act, 2007.
9. Company profile which should include names, qualifications and experience of key personnel.
