Invitation to Tender
Federal Government Girls’ College, Gwandu hereby invites reputable, competent and I interested contractors to tender for the following year 2012 capital projects.

2. Scope of works/Specification
The detailed specification of the projects are as contained in the bid documents which are available for collection from the Secretary Tenders’ Board of the above institution on evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of Twenty thousand naira only (N20,000.00) per bid in bank draft from Zenith Bank Plc payable to Federal Government Girls’ College Gwandu, Kebbi State.
3. Requirement
i. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission,
ii. Current three (3) years Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Evidence of Similar work successfully completed in the past with detailed description and evidence of completion
iv. Company Personnel Profile (Technical and Administration)
v. Evidence of Bank Guarantee
vi. Company Official Telephone number(s) and e-mail address.
4. Submission Of tender
All duly completed tenders (both Technical and financial should be submitted in an envelope sealed and marked for each LOT being applied for and addressed to:

5. Closing Date
The completed tenders must be dropped in the Tender’s Box in the Principal’s reception office on or before 6th August, 2012
6. Tenders Procedures
All submitted Tenders will be opened in the presence of all Tenderers or their representatives a few minutes after 12:00noon of the closing date.
