The Management of the Federal University of Technology, Minna hereby invites interested and reputable Book Suppliers with relevant experience and good track record for pre-qualification/tender to bid for years 2007 -2010 (Merged) Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) Intervention in Library Development.

Pre-Qualification Requirements:
Interested suppliers are required to submit pre-qualification documents which should include:
i. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
ii. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years
iii. The firm/Company profile and management structure
iv. A proven track record of execution of similar projects over the past five (5) years
v. Company Audited Financial Statement for the last three (3) years
vi. Evidence of compliance with the provision of Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act, 2011
vii. Any other relevant information.
Collection of Tender Documents
Tender documents should be collected from the Cash Office, Bursary Department, Main Campus, Gidan Kwano, Minna upon presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee for each tot made in bank draft payable to the Federal University of Technology, Minna.
Submission and Opening of Tender Documents
All the documents should be enclosed in sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of the lot and delivered either by hand or courier service to reach the address stated below on or before 6th May 2013, by 12.00 noon.

The pre-qualification/tender documents will be opened at 12.00 noon on 6th May, 2013 in the Senate Chamber, Senate Building, Main Campus, Gidan Kwano, Minna.
Contractors are free to witness the public opening and to note that the University Management is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
