Invitation to Bid
Applications are hereby invited from reputable and qualified companies for the renovation and rehabilitation of the Enugu Zonal Office of the Board.
Interested and competent companies/contractors are expected to forward to the Board the following documents along with the Technical and Financial bid documents:-
I. Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission
II. Evidence of VAT Registration
Ill. Company Current Tax Clearance Certificate
IV. Evidence of Registration with the Board as a Contractor
V. Evidence of Compliance with Section 16(6) of the Public Procurement Act 2007 Tender documents containing details of works can be obtained from the Technical Unit of the Board.
All Technical and Financial Bid Documents are to be submitted in sealed envelope addressed to the Ag Registrar/Chief Executive Officer of the above address not later than 24th July, 2014. Late submission shall not be accepted.
All tenders shall be opened on Wednesday 24th July, 2013 at 12.00 noon in the Seminar Hall of the above address. All Contractors are required to attend or send their representatives.
