Federal Science and Technical College (FSTC) Yaba proposes to undertake the procurement of Works and Goods in its 2013 financial

Year as listed below:

A:      Works

Lot 1:          Purchase and installation of Power Generating Set

Lot 2:          Construction of Computer Craft Workshop

Lot 3:          Construction of Drainage system

B:      Goods

Lot 1: Procurement of various Workshop Equipment

A.  Procurement of Business Studies Equipment

B.  Procurement of Catering/Hotel Management Equipment

C.  Procurement of Computer Craft Equipment

D.  Procurement of Carpentry & Joinery Equipment

E.   Procurement of Plumbing and Piping Equipment

F.   Procurement of Furniture Craft Equipment

Lot 2:          Purchase of Teaching/Learning Equipment

A.      Procurement of Fabrication & Welding Equipment

B.      Procurement of Electrical Equipment

Lot 3: Purchase of Industrial Equipment

A       Procurement of Laboratory Equipment

B       Procurement of Bricklaying & Concreting Equipment

C       Procurement of Auto-Mechanics Equipment

D       Procurement of Mechanical Engineering Craft Equipment

Lot 4- Purchase of Recreational Facilities

A       Procurement of Telecommunication Craft Equipment

B       Procurement of Printing Technology Equipment

C       Procurement of Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Equipment

Lot 5- Purchase of Health/Medical Equipment

A       Procurement of Visual & Creative Art Equipment

B       Procurement of Food & Nutrition Equipment

Interested eligible contractors are invited to bid. Subsequently they should always check for relevant advertisements m the School’s notice boards and the college website: www.fstcyaba.com for the description of projects to be executed within the Year.

Tendering Requirements

Reputable firms are free to bid for a maximum of two Lots and are required to submit the following documents:

i.        Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

ii.       Evidence of tax clearance

iii.      Verifiable evidence of financial capability and support by a Reputable Bank

iv.      Comprehensive Company Profile

v.       List of similar jobs executed previously

vi.      Evidence of payment of the non-refundable Tender fee of N10, 000 per Lot payable to Federal Pay Office II (FPO II) Lagos

Submission of the Documents

The documents should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes appropriately marked Tender’ and the Lot clearly indicated, to the Chairman, School’s Tenders’ Board (STB) not later than 10.00am, on 5th July, 2013.

Opening of Tenders shall be held the same day (5th July, 2013) at 1.00pm in the Principals Conference room.

Interested bidders or their representatives are hereby invited to attend the function.
