1. Introduction
The University of Port Harcourt intends to carry out procurement of the following TETFUND/FGN projects:

The non-refundable processing fee is to be paid after pre-qualification.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Interested and competent contractors wishing to be pre-qualified must submit the following:
I) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
II) Tax Clearance and VAT Certificates 2010, 2011, 2012;
III) Company’s Audited Accounts for 2010, 2011, 2012
IV) Evidence of financial capacity from a reputable bank:
V) Detailed Company Profile:
VI) Evidence of experience of similar jobs executed in the last five years;
VII) Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act 2004 (as amended):
VIII) Evidence of compliance with the amended Industrial Training Fund Act, 2011
IX) A Sworn affidavit that no Board member of the University of Port Harcourt has vested interest in the company:
X) A Sworn affidavit that none of the Directors has been convicted in any country of any criminal offence.
3. Collection of Pre-Qualification Form
The pre-qualification forms should be collected from:
The Office of the Director,
Department of Physical Planning & Development,
Senate Building,
Permanent Site.
4. Submission Of Pre-Qualification Documents
Documents must be in sealed envelopes, labeled “Pre-qualification for (appropriate project)”or “Expression of Interest” for (appropriate project)” at the top left hand corner and addressed/hand delivered to:

5. Deadline For Submission
The deadline for submission of all bids will close at 12noon, on Friday, July 26, 2013. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12.00 noon, in the Senate Chambers of the University Senate Building, in the presence of all bidders, financing/regulatory bodies, professional bodies and Non-Governmental Agencies.
