Invitation for Pre-qualification to Tender for 2011 Capital Projects
Introduction
The Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo hereby invites Interested and Reputable Contractors, Companies/firm with relevant and good track records to tender for the following projects:
Lot 1. Construction of House Officer Quarters
Lot 2. Construction of Amenity Ward
Lot 3. Expansion of Emergency Paediatric Unit
Lot 4. Construct ion of Medical Library
Lot 5. Medical Equipment
Lot 6. Utility Vehicle
Lot 7. Furnishing of House Officers Quarters
Lot 8. Supply of Office Furniture
Lot 9. Furnishing of the Medical Library
Prequalification requirement
Interested bidders are to submit the following;
1. Name/Address and telephone number
2. Certificate of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
3. Evidence of current tax clearance for 3 years
4. Evidence of experience with similar jobs in the last 3 years
5. Evidence of financial capability to handle the job
6. Evidence of VAT registration certificate
7. Name(s) and address(s) of Bankers
8. Company profile with names and qualification(s) of key personnel
9. Evidence of registration with Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo
10. Evidence of payment of non refundable twenty five thousand naira (#25,000) pre-qualification fee to the Account Department of Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo
11. Presentation of original documents stated above.
The pre-qualification documents be should be submitted in sealed envelops and to be addressed to The Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo. Tenders should indicate clearly on top right hand corner of the envelop pre-qualification documents. Bidding documents will only be given to contractors that qualify.
Pre-qualification documents and tenders will be opened at 12.00 noon on 5th September, 2011. Submission should be made before the opening date.
NB: The Federal Medical Centre. Jalingo is neither committed nor obliged to reply any company not found suitable.
Also all expenses incurred in preparing a pre-qualification response and all expenses otherwise associated with the response, shall be borne solely by the contractors/suppliers concerned.
