The Federal Medical Centre, Ebute- Metta, Lagos, a tertiary Health Care Institution is in the process of pre-qualifying contactors and process tenders for the under listed project.
Interested and reputable Contractors with relevant experience and track record are invited to apply for pre-qualification and bid for the project.
Profile of Project
Lot 1 General Renovation of the Hospital Out Patient Department
All interested Companies/Contractors bid documents should include the following:
- Certificate of Incorporation.
- Three (3) years annual audited accounts.
- Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration.
- Bank guarantee.
- Evidence of similar contract executed.
- Company profile etc.
Bids should be submitted in wax sealed envelope clearly marked “Pre-qualification to Tender for 2012 Capital Project”. To reach:

Submission of bids closes on September, 2012. Opening of bids shall be a day after expiration of submission.
Please note:
Only the bids of those who fulfill the pre-qualification and tender criteria would be considered. The Federal Medical Centre, Ebute-Metta is not duty bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
The Federal Medical Centre, Ebute-Metta will not enter into correspondence with any company or individual on why a company was pre-qualified or not pre-qualified.
The Federal Medical Centre reserves the right to reject any or all pre-qualification packages.
Subsequent to the submission of the pre-qualification information, the Federal Medical Centre, Ebute-Metta is neither committed nor obliged to include any company on any bid list or to award any contract to any company and/or associated companies, sub-contractors or agents;
Full tendering procedures will be applied to tenders that are found prima facie qualified and capable of executing the listed project.
