Invitation for Bid

The Federal College of Education (Technical) Omoku, Rives State is a Federal Government owned tertiary educational institution with the mandate to train middle level manpower for the education industry. The College is commencing the tendering process for the following projects in line with Due Process requirements:

1.       Rehabilitation of Department of Agric. Education Complex (Phase 11)

2.       Rehabilitation of college sick Bay at College temporary Site (Phase I)

3.       Procurement of Equipment for fine & Applied Art Dept (Phase I)

4.       Construction of Sports Pavilion (Phase II)

5.       Construction of Football Held athletics track (Phase II)

6.       Construction of lawn tennis courts (Phase 11)

7.       Construction of Handball courts (Phase II)

8.       Construction of Games Secretariat (Phase II)

 

 

All interested contractors are by this advertisement invited to collect bid documents for the above project from the Procurement Unit of the College.

 

 

Submission of Bid Document

The Bid Document should be submitted in sealed envelope and marked and to reach the address below on or before 12th April, 2013.

Bid documents are to be collected after payment of the sum of twenty-five thousand naira (25.000) only. Completed biding documents shall be returned to the same address on or before 12th April, 2013. All Submitted biding document shall be opened on 15th April, 2013 by 12.00 noon in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku, Rivers State is not bound to award any of these contracts to the lowest bidder. The College reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and or discontinue the tendering process at any time Nothing in this advert shall be construed to be a commitment on the part, of the College nor shall it entitle any potential tender to make any claims whatsoever and or seek an indemnity from the College on account of responding to this advert.
