1. The Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, through the intervention of UNIVERSAL BASIC EDUCATION COMMISSION in conjunction with NASARAWA STATE GOVERNMENT has made available funds to Nasarawa State Universal Basic Education Board, Lafia and intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for Construction of Classrooms and Toilets, Renovations, Perimeter Fencing/ Gate House and Provision of water.

3. Pre-Qualification
The bids must contain the following:
i) Evidence of registration with Nasarawa SUBEB as contractor(s)
ii) Evidence of Incorporation/registration of Business name with CAC
iii) Current Tax Clearance
iv) Veritable evidence of similar procurement experience, if any.
Bidders may bid for one or 2 lots; and discounts offered for the award of combined lots will be considered.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below between the hours of 9.00am-4.00pm (Monday-Thursday) and 9.00am – 1.00 pm(Fridays):
5. A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by the interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira only (N10,000.00), Payable at Unity Bank of Nigeria plc, Lafia Branch (Account Number: 0021076420) which will be receipted at the Board Headquarters. The Bidding Document will be collected by hand.
6. Bids must be dropped in to Bidding box(es) at the premises of the Nasarawa State UBE Board on or before 21st May, 2013. Late Bids will be rejected.

Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend:
